I read this article on Mind body green and found it incredibly helpful…I have joint pain for quite some time and so am trying going gluten free. I have been off it, as far as I am aware for about a month, with no real change. I was wondering if I’m taking in “hidden” forms of gluten? How do you know if your vitamins or other things contain gluten?
