Nutrition is part of nourishment, but nourishment itself is much bigger. A bowl of soup can give your body vitamins and minerals, but the act of making that soup with love, sharing it with family, and savoring it slowly is what transforms it into something deeply nourishing.
To nourish is to strengthen, to sustain, and to cultivate. It is what happens when you give your body the right nutrients, your mind the right inputs, your heart the right connections, and your soul the right grounding. Nourishment touches every layer of our being.

While some of these tools have value, the constant striving for control and perfection can leave people feeling anxious, inadequate, and exhausted.
